For the Blizzard Warning, blizzard conditions expected. Total snow accumulations between 8 and 13 inches. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.
* WHERE...Portions of north central and northwest Missouri.
* WHEN...For the Winter Storm Warning, until 3 AM CST Sunday. For the Blizzard Warning, from 3 AM Sunday to 3 AM CST Monday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. Visibilities may drop below 1/4 mile due to falling and blowing snow.
