* WHERE...Barber, Comanche, and Clark Counties.
* WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, until 3 AM CST Sunday. For the Blizzard Warning, from 3 AM to noon CST Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Visibilities may drop below 1/4 mile due to falling and blowing snow. Whiteout conditions are expected and will make travel treacherous and potentially life-threatening. Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road conditions. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.
