* WHAT...Freezing drizzle, transitioning to snow and blowing snow. Blizzard conditions expected. Total snow accumulations between 3 and 5 inches. Winds gusting as high as 50 mph.
* WHERE...Portions of central, south central, southwest, and west central Kansas.
* WHEN...For the Winter Storm Warning, until 3 AM CST Sunday. For the Blizzard Warning, from 3 AM to noon CST Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Visibilities expected to drop below 1/4 mile due to falling and blowing snow. Whiteout conditions are expected and will make travel treacherous and potentially life-threatening. Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous.
* AFFECTED AREAS: ELLIS ... NESS ... RUSH ... HODGEMAN ... PAWNEE ... STAFFORD ... FORD ... EDWARDS ... KIOWA ... PRATT
