Officers Respond to The Village, Area Declared Safe
Meridian, ID – At approximately 9:00 PM this evening, officers from the Meridian Police Department responded to a call for service at The Village following reports of a suspicious vehicle and a potential threat.
Officers arrived on the scene promptly, conducted a thorough assessment, and determined there were no safety concerns. The area was cleared without incident, and normal operations have resumed.
We commend the swift actions of our officers in ensuring the safety and well-being of the community. We also thank the public for promptly reporting their concerns, which plays a vital role in maintaining safety for everyone.
