A house fire near Hidden Heights has closed eastbound NE Hidden Cove Rd while the Bainbridge Island Fire Department works to extinguish the fire. This event will require a detour of traffic for the next few hours. Traffic approaching NE Hidden Cove at the intersection with Phelps Rd may be allowed onto NE Hidden Cove Rd by if the destination does not pass the intersection with Hidden Heights. Circumstances may change as the event progresses.
