* WHERE...Portions of east central Ohio, southwest Pennsylvania, and the northern panhandle of West Virginia.
* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 7 PM EST Monday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning and evening commutes.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The exact northern extent of a likely band of heavy snow remains uncertain, and could impact a region from northern West Virginia as far north as southwestern Pennsylvania and parts of the northern West Virginia panhandle.
