Lake Effect Snow Warning until 07:00PM Sunday

* WHAT...Heavy lake effect snow. Additional snow accumulations between 6 and 10 inches within the most intense snow bands north of the NYS Thruway. Lesser amounts outside of strongest band.

* WHERE...Madison, Northern Oneida, Onondaga, and Southern Oneida Counties.

* WHEN...Until 7 PM EST this evening.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. Constant snow removal will be necessary to keep up with rates.

* AFFECTED AREAS: NORTHERN ONEIDA ... ONONDAGA ... MADISON ... SOUTHERN ONEIDA
