1/3 - 11:19 a.m - Police received a complaint from the Columbia Police in reference to a reckless driver headed towards Millstadt from Columbia. Police located the vehicle on Veterans Drive. Upon investigating, the driver was placed in custody for suspicion of DUI - Alcohol. It was also learned the driver had a revoked driver's license for DUI.
The St. Clair County State's Attorney's Office charged the defendant, Theresa K. Lafore, age 59 of Chesterfield, MO., with the following:
Count 1: Aggravated Driving Under the Influence; a Class 4 Criminal Felony, Category A Offense
Count 2: Driving While Revoked; a Class A Misdemeanor, Category B Offense
