* WHAT...Lake effect snow and freezing drizzle. Additional snow accumulations up to 1 to 2 inches and ice accumulations of a light glaze.
* WHERE...Central Cook, Northern Cook, and DuPage Counties.
* WHEN...Until 9 PM CST this evening.
* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road conditions, including for the afternoon commute.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Gusty winds to 30 mph may blow snow around helping to further reduce visibilities.
