Newark Public Safety Director Emanuel Miranda, Sr. requests the public’s help locating Khalil Muhammad, 16, who was reported missing on December 15, 2024.
Khalil was last seen in the 100 block of West End Avenue. He is 5’7,” weighs 130 pounds, and has brown hair and eyes.
Director Miranda urges anyone with information on Khalil’s whereabouts to call the Police Division’s 24-hour Crime Stopper tip line at 1-877-NWK-TIPS (1-877-695-8477). All anonymous Crime Stopper tips are confidential and could result in a reward.
