Bixby Police advises you to AVOID 151st and Memorial due to a traffic congestion. The Road Hazard near 151st and Memorial has caused significant traffic backups and other issues. Expect delays for the 45 minutes to an hour while we get the area cleaned up. An update will be sent once the road is back open.
