On Wednesday, January 8 from approximately 7:00 p.m. until approximately 6:00 a.m. on Thursday, January 9, a section of Corona Road, from the roundabout to North McDowell Blvd., will be closed to allow for necessary railroad crossing improvements and resurfacing. Detour signs will be in place to guide drivers through the temporary alternative route. The alternative route is Sonoma Mountain Parkway to Rainer Avenue to North McDowell. Please follow the detour signs and flaggers when travelling in this area.

Additionally, night work to repave the railroad crossing at North McDowell Blvd. is scheduled for Thursday, January 9, from approximately 10:00 p.m. until approximately 6:00 a.m. on Friday, January 10. One lane of traffic will remain open, with traffic controls in place. Please use caution and watch for flaggers when travelling in this area.

Construction activities and equipment may produce dust and noise. Expect the beeping sound of vehicles backing up, and construction lights at night. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.
