Special Weather Statement until 11:00PM
Snow showers will be moving through portions of southeastern West Virginia, southwest Virginia and northwest North Carolina over the next few hours tonight. Brief heavier snow showers are possible in these areas as well. This could cause lowered visibility, and quick accumulations of snow on roads. When traveling, drivers should be aware of the possibility of rapidly changing road and visibility conditions. Roads could become slick with accumulating snow, especially bridges.
