A Winter Weather Advisory in effect for all of central Indiana from 4AM Friday through 4AM Saturday
The National Weather Service in Indianapolis has issued a Winter Weather Advisory for Central Indiana including Madison County from 4am Friday January 10th to 4am Saturday January 11th
WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 2 and 4 inches.
WHERE...Portions of central, east central, north central, south central, southeast, southwest, and west central Indiana. *
WHEN...From 4 AM Friday to 4 AM EST Saturday.
IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Friday morning commute across western portions of central Indiana and evening commutes for all of central Indiana.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Higher end snowfall totals will be more focused towards south and southeast portions of central Indiana with gradually lower amounts towards the northwest.
