This Crime Stoppers video shows the suspect dressed warm, wearing a full face mask, going car door to car door in the Valleybrook Development on Tuesday morning and successfully entering three vehicles. Wednesday morning another unlocked vehicle was entered in the Oxen Hill/ Fairways Apartments area from what appears to be the same suspect (photo only).
