* WHAT...Heavy snow and sleet expected. Total snow and sleet accumulations between 3 and 5 inches and ice accumulations around a light glaze.

* WHERE...Portions of East Arkansas, North Mississippi, and West Tennessee.

* WHEN...From 6 PM this evening to midnight CST Friday Night.

* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Friday morning and evening commutes.

* AFFECTED AREAS: PHILLIPS ... DESOTO ... MARSHALL ... BENTON ... TIPPAH ... ALCORN ... TISHOMINGO ... TUNICA ... TATE ... MCNAIRY ... HARDIN
