UPDATE: Zone 17 evacuation orders changed to "Warning". Re-population is permitted for Zone 17 only. 
Evacuation orders for Zone 17 are updated: Areas East of Michillinda and West of Santa Anita, South of Grandview and North of Sierra Madre Blvd. have been updated to Warning. Residents and businesses may begin to populate.
Evacuation orders for Zone 18 remain unchanged. The areas East of Michillinda and West of Santa Anita, South of Sierra Madre Blvd. and North of Orange Grove remain in Warning.
Zones 1-16 and Zone 19 remain unchanged. Evacuation orders remain in place for everything North of Grandview Avenue, including canyon areas. These zone are not cleared for re-population.
