CANCEL – Missing has been located, and returned home safely. The Arcadia Police Department is seeking the public's help in locating Charles Bradford. Bradford is 86 years old and was last seen leaving his residence in Arcadia on January 9, 2025, at 9:00 a.m., for a doctor's appointment. Bradford was wearing a silver jacket, a red and black flannel shirt, gray pants and shoes. Bradford drives a 1990 maroon Honda Accord, license plate #2SNF788. Bradford has early on-set dementia.
