* WHAT...Visibility three miles or less in freezing fog.

* WHERE...Portions of North Texas

* WHEN...Until 9 AM CST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Slick road conditions are possible on untreated bridges and overpasses and other untreated surfaces where visibility falls below 3 miles. Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...In addition to the freezing fog, there is a high likelihood of black ice through tomorrow morning. Any remaining water on the roads will freeze tonight.
