Most major roadways and bridges are driveable with caution. Speed should be significantly reduced. Icy spots exist, especially on side roads. All roads are covered with a light layer of snow making driving difficult. Keep speeds low and begin breaking way ahead of where you need to stop. Turns should be taken at low speeds.
