* WHERE...Portage Valley and East Turnagain Arm.
* WHEN...Until noon AKST today.
* IMPACTS...High winds could move loose debris, damage property, and cause power outages. Travel could be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winds will peak between 6am and 10 am this morning, then begin to diminish.
* AFFECTED AREAS: EAST TURNAGAIN ARM
