Simi Valley Police Department, Ventura County Sheriff's Office and Flock Teamwork 
On January 12, the Simi Valley Police Department was provided information from Ventura County Sheriff's Office about a suspect vehicle involved in one of their investigations. A Flock notification also alerted that the vehicle was possibly within the Simi Valley city limits.
Simi Valley Police Department officers located the occuppied vehicle in the 2900 block of Tapo Canyon Road. Officers detained the suspect and Ventura County Sheriff's deputies responded to further their investigation.
This is a great example of the teamwork and communication between the Simi Valley Police Department and Ventura County Sheriff's Office, as well as the utilization of modern technology.
