Dear Residents:

I am excited to announce the launch of the 2025 Community Survey. This important initiative provides residents an opportunity to share their thoughts and priorities, helping guide the Township’s annual budget planning and decision-making process with the Board of Trustees and other Township Departments, Committees, and Commissions.

Building on the success of prior year surveys, which has collected Hundreds of responses, this year’s survey maintains many of the same questions to allow for meaningful year-over-year comparisons. With a couple of minor updates, the survey ensures it remains relevant and effective in capturing the community’s needs and aspirations for the upcoming 2-5 years.

This survey takes less then 5 minutes!

Deadline: The survey is live now and will remain open until February 15, 2025.

The survey is being shared across social media, the Township website, local newspapers, and through the NIXLE notification system to maximize community participation. Flyers promoting the survey will also be displayed at the Township office and other key locations, as well as, on WBRW TV Channel 6 on Comcast and Channel 99 on AT&T.

I am optimistic that this year’s participation will surpass last year’s numbers, and I encourage all residents to spread the word by sharing the survey with family, friends, and neighbors for all those that live, work, and play here in Washington Township. Since being Supervisor, I have engaged in surveys annually, beginning in paper form and now electronically to grow the audience. Staff at the township office can help you at the municipal hall if you do not have internet access and then be uploaded by the staff.
