Officers responded to the call location on a report of the suspect pointing a firearm at another subject. The suspect fled from officers, and force was used to take the suspect into custody. ARRESTED: David Sanchez, 40, for outstanding warrants and resisting arrest.
2. Assault With a Deadly Weapon (2140) 2000 Block of East Fremont Street, Park District
The female victim, 42, and the known suspect were in an argument near the listed location. As the victim attempted to flee in her vehicle, the suspect intentionally rammed the victim’s vehicle with his before fleeing. SUSPECT: White male adult
3. Burglary Arrest (2340) 100 Block of East Jamestown Street, Valley Oak District
Officers responded to a burglary alarm activation at a business. They located a suspect exiting the business and took him into custody. Three additional suspects were determined to have fled prior to officers’ arrival. ARRESTED: Ruben Benitez H/M/37 for burglary and narcotics charges. SUSPECTS: Unknown race males.
