1. Carjacking (Delayed) 1200 Block of East Park Street, Park District
The female victim, 23, reported that on 01/06/25, around 1800 hours, she got into an argument with a known suspect, who then pulled her from her vehicle, struck her, and fled in the vehicle. SUSPECT: Black female adult.
2. Person Stabbed (1315) California Street and Washington Street, Civic District
The female victim, 35, was walking in the area when the suspect approached and attacked her. The suspect stabbed the victim and fled. Responding officers located the suspect and took him into custody. The victim was transported to an area hospital for non-life-threatening injuries. ARRESTED: Shannon Hopper, 59, for assault with a deadly weapon.
