* WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, until 6 PM CST this evening. For the Cold Weather Advisory, from 9 PM Saturday to noon CST Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 35 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.
