This afternoon, January 17, 2025, the Sheriff's Office held a conference call with Beaufort County and Municipal Government Officials as well as Public Safety Agencies from throughout the county regarding the winter weather event for next week.
A decision regarding any Beaufort County school closures will be made by Superintendent Dr. Rodgriguez of the Beaufort County School District and will be made on Monday, January 20, 2025.
