Water shut off due to emergency water main repair in area of Ball Road and Midvale Road. 
The Department of Public Works is in the process of repairing a significantly cracked water main on Ball Road in the area of Elm Road and Midvale Road. Repairs are exepcted to take approximatly another five hours. We will update you if there are any significant changes,
