* WHAT...Snow and blowing snow. Total snow accumulations of 1 to 2 inches. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.
* WHERE...Quay County.
* WHEN...From 3 PM this afternoon to 11 PM MST this evening.
* IMPACTS...Plan on snow packed or icy road conditions. This includes portions of I-40.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Areas of blowing snow may reduce visibility below one-half mile at times, including portions of I-40. Bitterly cold temperatures will increase the risk of hypothermia and frostbite for those outdoors.
* AFFECTED AREAS: QUAY COUNTY
