* WHAT...For the Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills of 5 below zero to 20 below zero. For the Extreme Cold Watch, dangerously cold wind chills of 10 below zero to 25 below zero.

* WHERE...Portions of central, east central, north central, northeast, and west central New Mexico.

* WHEN...For the Cold Weather Advisory, until 9 AM MST this morning. For the Extreme Cold Watch, from Monday afternoon through Tuesday morning.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 25 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes. Very cold temperatures can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.
