* WHAT...For the Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills as low as 29 below. For the Extreme Cold Warning, dangerously cold wind chills as low as 35 below expected.

* WHERE...East-central and northeast Wisconsin.

* WHEN...For the Cold Weather Advisory, until midnight CST Monday Night. For the Extreme Cold Warning, from midnight Monday Night to noon CST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 30 to 35 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 to 20 minutes. Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is exposed to these temperatures.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The coldest wind chills will occur from the overnight to morning hours.
