* WHAT...Very cold wind chills expected this week. Southwest Mississippi and adjacent Louisiana Parishes will see wind chills 10 to 15 degrees. The I-10/12 corridors and points south can expect wind chills 15 to 25 degrees. For the Extreme Cold Watch, dangerously cold wind chills as low as 5 to 10 above possible.

* WHERE...Portions of southeast Louisiana and southern Mississippi.

* WHEN...For the first Cold Weather Advisory, from 6 PM this evening to 9 AM CST Monday. For the second Cold Weather Advisory, from 6 PM Monday to 6 PM CST Tuesday. For the Extreme Cold Watch, from Tuesday evening through Wednesday morning.

* IMPACTS...Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is exposed to these temperatures. Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure. Very cold temperatures can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.
