Due to the on-going snow storm and state of emergency currently in effect,  we ask that you please avoid unnecessary travel to help keep the roadways clear to allow plow trucks to operate safely and efficiently.
 
Byram Township would also like to remind residents that Township code §230-30 (Township of Byram, NJ Emergency No Parking) states, "No vehicle may be parked on either side of any street or part of any street in the Township of Byram whenever snow has fallen, and the accumulation is such that it covers the street or highway..."
 
Please make the job of our DPW workers easier by removing all parked cars from the street so that roadways can be safely cleared to facilitate safe travel, especially for our emergency first responders.
