New Caste has declared a Snow Emergency for tonight from 6 p.m. - tomorrow at 10 a.m. Do not park on Town roads! 
Supervisor Tipp has declared a Snow Emergency for the Town. The Snow Emergency will be in effect from today, January 19, 2025, at 6 p.m. through tomorrow, January 20, at 10 a.m. During that timeframe, it is unlawful to park or leave unattended any motor vehicle on any street or highway in The Town of New Castle. Any vehicle left in this fashion is subject to being towed at the owner's expense.
