Residual moisture on untreated surfaces will likely freeze, which
may allow for some pockets of black ice to form. Additionally,
blowing snow may cause previously-cleared roads to become snow
covered again, creating the potential for slick spots through the
morning.
Motorists traveling through early Monday morning should be
prepared to slow down as area roadways may be snow covered in
spots along with the possibility for black ice.
