Due to the frigid temperatures overnight, Code Blue will be in effect for the evening of Monday, January 20 through the morning of Tuesday, January 21.
Accordingly, Unity Square Community Center, located at 81 Remsen Avenue will be open on Monday, January 20 from 10 a.m. to 12 noon and again overnight as a warming center between the hours of 7 p.m. and 7 a.m.
Please be advised that we attempt to accommodate all guests, but space is limited. DOORS WILL CLOSE FOR TONIGHT'S CODE BLUE AT CAPACITY or 9:00pm Sharp.
NO FOOD OR DRINK WILL BE PERMITTED.
Anyone in need of shelter or other social services is encouraged to call 2-1-1 for assistance.
The Dignity Center is open at Memorial Stadium on Joyce Kilmer Avenue 3 days a week (MON, WED and FRI) 8:30am-10:30am & 12:30pm-2:30pm. (Please note the Dignity Center is closed today for the Martin Luther King, Jr. Day Holiday observance.)
