* WHAT...For the Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills as low as 34 below zero. For the Extreme Cold Warning, dangerously cold wind chills as low as 37 below zero expected.

* WHERE...Portions of northwest and west central Iowa and southwest Minnesota.

* WHEN...For the Cold Weather Advisory, until 6 PM CST this evening. For the Extreme Cold Warning, from 6 PM this evening to noon CST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 35 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.

* AFFECTED AREAS: OSCEOLA ... DICKINSON ... O'BRIEN ... CLAY ... CHEROKEE ... BUENA VISTA ... IDA ... COTTONWOOD ... NOBLES ... JACKSON ... ROCK
