The Wilmington Police Department is asking the public for assistance in locating a missing person.
Steven Fleck is 35 years old and was last seen on January 15, at approximately 9:45 p.m., in the 800 block of North Church Street. Steven is described as a white male, 5’6” tall, and approximately 160 lbs.
