PC 422: CRIMINAL THREATS
LOCATION: 10400 Block of Paramount Road, Phelan
SUSPECT: Robert Losorelli, 38 years of age, resident of Phelan
SUMMARY: On Monday, January 20, 2025, at 6:35 p.m., deputies responded to a 911 call in the 10400 block of Paramount Road in Phelan.
When deputies arrived, they located the suspect, Robert Losorelli, with a loaded 20-gauge, sawed off shotgun. Through the investigation, deputies learned Losorelli went to the victim’s residence looking for a stolen off-highway vehicle he believed to be at the residence, and pointed the gun at the victim. No stolen property was located at the residence.
Robert Losorelli was arrested and booked at the High Desert Detention Center for assault with a firearm, manufacturing of a short barrel rifle, and criminal threats. He is currently being held in lieu of $150,000.00.
