1. Assault with a Deadly Weapon (1749) 4000 Block of Kenfield Road, Valley Oak District
The male victim, 25, and female victim, 32, were in the area when they got into an altercation with the known suspect, who brandished a handgun and made threats. The victims fought the suspect over the firearm, which discharged, but no one was struck. The suspect fled on foot. SUSPECT: Black male adult.
2. Resisting Arrest (1838) 4000 Block of North El Dorado Street, Civic District
Officers responded to a business on a disturbance call involving a subject with a hammer. Officers attempted to detain the suspect, but he resisted, and force was required to take him into custody. ARRESTED: Kevin Price, 25, for brandishing and resisting arrest.
3. Weapon Arrest (0015) 700 Block of San Lucas Avenue, Bear Creek District
Officers conducted a proactive traffic enforcement stop and found the driver to be in possession of a loaded firearm. ARRESTED: Edgar Lossi, 31, for weapons charges.
