New Jersey Natural Gas Project Updates: 
TRAFFIC NOTICE
Today, Thursday, 1/23/2025, New Jersey Natural Gas began working in Hopatcong on Section 1 of their "Natural Gas Project."
The project will include installing gas main lines throughout section 1, weather permitting. The work is anticipated to take the remainder of 2025. Every effort will be made to accommodate our residents during construction. Roads will be closed to through traffic so crews can safely and efficiently complete their project.
Today’s road work:
Unger Avenue is closed from Wills Avenue to Jenkins Street, and Kynor Avenue is closed from Brendona Avenue to Naw Street.
