Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Missing Persons Unit is asking for the public’s help locating Missing Person Fabian Rafael Garcia. He is a 26 year-old male Hispanic who was last contacted on January 7, 2025 at 10:30 p.m. on the 9400 block of Harvard Street in the city of Bellflower.
Fabian is 5’06” tall, 160lbs, with green eyes, brown hair, and a full beard. He has tattoos of “Garcia” on his right arm, “Stay” on his left arm, and “Music” below his right eye. Fabian was last seen wearing a blue hoodie, gray sweatpants, blue shoes, and stud earrings.
Fabian suffers from mental health issues.
Mr. Garcia’s family is concerned for his wellbeing and asking for the public’s help.
