Winter Storm Warning until 03:00PM Sunday

* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 12 to 22 inches. Winds gusting as high as 60 mph. Visibilities reduced to a half mile or less at times.

* WHERE...Eastern Aleutians.

* WHEN...From 9 PM this evening to 3 PM AKST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Widespread blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Moderate rain will transition to snow from west to east from late tonight into Saturday morning. Snow could be very wet and slushy close to sea level and potentially lead to reduced totals. The highest snowfall is expected at higher elevations in and around Unalaska.

* AFFECTED AREAS: EASTERN ALEUTIANS
