1. Assault with a Deadly Weapon (1730) 400 Block of South San Joaquin Street, Seaport District
The male victim, 36, was in the listed area when the suspect struck him with an object. The victim was transported to an area hospital for non-life-threatening injuries. SUSPECT: Black male adult.
2. Battery on an Officer (1731) 600 Block of North El Dorado Street, Civic District
Officers responded to the listed area on a trespassing call. The suspect pushed an officer and was taken into custody. ARRESTED: Brian Murray, 40, for trespassing, battery on an officer, and failing to register.
3. Robbery Arrest (2119) 600 Block of North Wilson Way, Park District
The female victims, 36 and 40, were working at an area business when the suspect attempted to shoplift property. The victims attempted to stop the suspect, but the suspect assaulted them and fled. Officers located the suspect, arrested her, and recovered the property. The victims were uninjured. ARRESTED: Angelina Perez, 19, for robbery.
4. Weapon Arrest (2122) B Street and Marsh Street, Park District
Officers conducted a proactive traffic enforcement stop of a vehicle and found the occupants to the in possession of a loaded firearm. ARRESTED: #1 Jesus Olvera, 20, and #2 Samuel Rodriguez-Sanchez, 20, both for weapon charges.
5. Assault with a Deadly Weapon (0430) 1000 Block of North Center Street, Civic District
The male victim, 22, was sleeping in the area when the suspect struck him repeatedly with an object. The victim was treated at a local hospital for non-life-threatening injuries. SUSPECT: Unknown race male.
