Travel Advisory will be lifted at 5pm today! 
Covington County, AL – Effective Sunday, January 26, 2025, at 5pm, road conditions will have
improved, and the IMPASSABLE TRAVEL ADVISORY for Covington County roads and bridges
will be lifted. Normal travel may resume; however, motorists are urged to exercise caution,
as some areas may still have lingering hazards.
While county officials have assessed road conditions, we cannot guarantee all roads are
completely clear in every area. Drivers should remain vigilant, reduce speeds, and be
prepared for any unexpected roadway conditions.
