1. Assault with a Deadly Weapon (1617) 2000 Block of South Union Street, Park District
The male victim, 68, was involved in an altercation with a known suspect who punched him in the face and struck him with an object. The victim sustained non-life-threatening injuries. SUSPECT: Hispanic male adult.
2. Assault with a Deadly Weapon (1905) 400 Block of East Worth Street, Seaport District
The male victims, 22 and 20, were walking in the area when the suspect vehicle stopped and fired gunshots at them. The victims were not injured, and the suspects fled the scene. SUSPECT: Hispanic male adult.
3. Strong Arm Robbery (2239) 100 Block of South Wilson Way, Park District
The male vicitm, 22, was seated in his car when the suspects approached him, struck him, and stole his property. SUSPECTS: Four Hispanic male juveniles.
4. Battery on an Officer (0246) 1500 Block of East Seventh Street, Park District
Officers contacted the suspects, who were the subjects of a noise complaint. The suspects shoved and grabbed one the the officers. Force was used to take the suspects into custody. ARRESTED: #1 Jose Escotolaurea, 41, and #2 Edgar Escotolaurea, 38, both for battery on an officer, resisting arrest, and public intoxication.
