MASTER PLAN MEETING NOTICE OF THE PLANNING BOARD OF THE
TOWNSHIP OF TEANECK, BERGEN COUNTY, NEW JERSEY

MASTER PLAN ADOPTION

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Township of Teaneck Planning Board has scheduled a Master Plan Meeting to take place on Thursday, January 30, 2025 at 7:30 P.M, at the Richard Rodda Center – Room MP1 - 250 Colonial Court - Teaneck, NJ 07666. The Planning Board of the Township of Teaneck will seek continued public discussion, comment and input prior to adoption of the Master Plan of the Township of Teaneck. A copy of all documents proposed for adoption are on file in the Township Clerk’s office for public inspection at the Township Municipal Building, 818 Teaneck Road, Teaneck, NJ 07666 from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. A copy of the Master Plan may also be found digitally on the township website: https://www.teanecknj.gov/planning-board - under “Recent Documents”, and at the following link - https://www.teanecknj.gov/media/q03eu0ht/teaneck-master-plan_october-3-2024.pdf

The agenda for the Board's Meeting, to the extent known at this time, will contain a hearing on the Master Plan of the Township of Teaneck, and other matters may be added to the agenda. Please take notice that formal action may be taken, including but not limited to the adoption of the Master Plan, as amended, and/or such other matters that may come before the Board at the meeting.
Please be advised that the Master Plan that is proposed for adoption and all documents, plans, maps, applications and reports relating to any item on the agenda, are also available for public inspection at least ten (10) days prior to the date of the meeting, Monday through Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. in the office of the Planning Board Secretary, Township of Teaneck, 818 Teaneck Road, Teaneck, NJ 07666. The meetings are open to the public. Formal action may be taken by the Board for any item on the final agenda.
