* WHERE...Mountainous northwest portions of Caldwell, Burke, and
McDowell Counties.
* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 6 PM EST Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
