Access along PCH in the fire affected areas
will be limited to verified residents and essential contractors only.
Residents need to go to Malibu City Hall lower lot (23825 Stuart Ranch Road) between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. starting January 28th to obtain a “Resident Only” pass. Contractors/Essential personnel need to provide valid ID and bring documentation (i.e. work invoice or contract from resident) showing that they are serving a resident in the affected areas. We vet the information with the resident.
