SHOOTING WITHOUT INJURIES 
Sheriff Clint Roach reports that on January 28, 2025 at approximately 2000 hours, Deputies of the Cass County Sheriff's Office were dispatched to a shooting in the 18000 block of State Line Rd., Edwardsburg, Michigan.
Deputies arrived on scene and were able to place a 33 year-old male in custody within the area of the shooting. Investigation shows no one was injured during this incident. The incident stems from a dispute between several individuals within the area. The suspect is lodged at the Cass County Jail and the name is being withheld pending arraignment in the 4th District Court. This is still an ongoing investigation.
Assisting Agencies were Elkhart County Sheriff's Office, Indiana State Police and Porter Ambulance.
